Rotex covers all the Angles for IAE

Major Fencing manufacture, IAE, has just launched its new Rotex 538, the latest addition to their already established range of security perimeter mesh systems.

“Positive customer feedback confirmed the enormous potential in producing the popular and traditional high security 358, or prison mesh as it is commonly known, using wider post centres. This makes it not only an easier and quicker product to install, but a more cost effective system overall,” said Richard Harper, Sales Director for IAE.

“Utilising the latest in 3D autocad technology our technical design team grasped the mantle and found that by rotating the 358 panel through 90 degrees, and hence the name Rotex, a more visually pleasing panel at wider post centres was achievable. Three additional profiled beams along with 6mm horizontal wires also produced a panel with enhanced rigidity.”

Rotex 538 has apertures of 12.7mm x 72.2mm and benefits from heavier 6mm horizontal wires with 4mm vertical wires. Three profiled beams and 10mm spikes at the top of the fence panels offer added security. The 70x70 SHS posts with full length lacing straps and security fixings are extended out from 2400mm to 2750mm centres thus reducing the number of posts required overall, making for a quicker installation.

Rotex 538 will be available from stock 2400mm high with other heights following shortly. Complimenting the range will also be Single, Double and Sliding gates to suit Rotex 538.

“IAE continues to maintain its position as a market leader by always looking to expand its comprehensive range of products to meet the needs of a very competitive market sector and Rotex 538 will certainly help us to continue with that” concluded Harper.
