Due to continued expansion we are looking for an
Experienced Contracts Manager

This will be a permanent position based at our Head Office in Selsey, West Sussex.

Duties will include:

• Pricing work from Bills of Quantities, specifications and site surveys
• Effective management of site staff both employed and sub-contract
• Managing the successful delivery of fencing contracts
• Controlling contract costs and completing contracts to budget and on time with zero defects
• Maintaining close contact with our current clients and developing new opportunities
• Liaising with clients to ensure our key performance targets are achieved
• Computer literate

To be considered for this position candidates must have the following:

• A full UK driving license
• CSCS card holder
• SMSTS
• IOSH Managing Safely

SKILLED FENCING CONTRACTORS REQUIRED

Established Fencing Contractor requires additional Skilled Fence Erectors for contracts within the North East regions.

Employed on a PAYE basis, the company provides fully expensed vehicles, all plant, tools and PPE. Competitive Rates of pay based on price work with guaranteed basic wage; plus productivity incentives and full holiday pay.

Applicants must hold current CSCS Cards.
Familiarity with modern day fencing machinery an advantage.
